The service

Wacel is an AI order assistant that answers your business's customers on your own WhatsApp number, takes their orders and delivers them to your team through a dashboard.

Plans and billing

Billing is monthly in Saudi Riyals per plan. You start with a 14-day free trial. Extra conversations beyond the plan limit are billed at SAR 0.50 per conversation.

Merchant responsibility

The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of their price list and product information provided to us, and for keeping it up to date.

Acceptable use

The service must be used in compliance with applicable laws and WhatsApp policies. Using the service for spam or unlawful content is prohibited.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, misuse, or outages of third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
